I get into work today with an envelope addressed to me.
I open it.
"Dear Desiree Velasco,
It is my pleasure to inform you, that your 2008/2009 membership has been approved for the National Association of Professional Women."
blah blah etc etc.
so there you have it. its offical, im now a professional woman.
should I start dressing like delta burke?
btw im going to be so professional that im trying to throw an housewarming rooftop soiree tonight. some of you heads i know, this is the official invite.
